Hudson Fuggle Ltd will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you (within a business capacity). This includes name, job title, work address, work email address, landline and mobile number. These pieces of information will be obtained directly from the source – e.g. meetings, telephone calls, emails and email signatures.
Information that we may collect from you
Information collected via our website can and may include: technical information, including the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.
Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our website (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; browser version; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our service number.
Why we need it
We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with our services. We will not collect any personal data from you which we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.
What we do with it
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in our London based studio for the purpose of fulfilling your requests and contacting you when necessary. For the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the European Union and the United States.
We will not share or sell your data to any 3rd parties. We would only disclose your personal information to 3rd parties if we were under a duty to comply with any legal obligation.
We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
How long we keep it
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
