Designed by award-winning architectural firm SPPARC Architecture, this new build self-contained office scheme will be located in the attractive and fashionable mixed-use urban location of Bermondsey, where new developments such as The Shard and One Tower Bridge are helping to re-define this historical area into a contemporary, vibrant and creative new area of London.

In creating the logo and brochure design, our aim was to combine the contemporary styling of the building with the architectural heritage of the area. The brochure features a spot UV varnish on the logo and building to enhance the playfulness of the window features.
