5 The Boulevard identity

Westhill is a highly successful international property investment, development and asset management company. Having purchased a former 1960s office block in Crawley, West Sussex, with a view to turning it into a development of one- and two-bedroom apartments, our client asked us to create a visual identity and marketing materials to promote the project.

We took inspiration from the building’s address and distinctive, black and white panelling. Located on a wide, tree-lined thoroughfare and boasting light, airy and comfortable apartments, 5 The Boulevard now has an identity and marketing collateral to match its evocative name.

Having created the identity, we wrote and produced the sales brochure, launch material and a range of press advertising.
