Chevron Apartments identity
Celebrating a building’s history and character to create an aspirational identity.
Westhill is a highly successful international property investment, development and asset management company. Having purchased a former engineering works in Bermondsey with a view to turning it into a development of 34 high-specification apartments, our client asked us to unearth the building’s story and then create a name and distinctive identity for the project.
Westhill were keen to promote both the development’s prime location in London’s cultural quarter and its fascinating industrial heritage. Working closely with architects CZWG, we created an identity for Chevron Apartments that draws inspiration from the retained fabric of the original building, which includes exposed brick, wrought iron and sheet metal sliding doors.
The identity has so far been applied to a website, sales literature and press advertising. To date, over 80% of the Chevron Apartments have been sold or are currently under offer.
